Job Summary:
As a furniture store retail sales associate, you will be our most important link to our customers. You will the guide the clients to do mix-and-match designs and giving them advice for selecting products. You will also be involved in most other aspects of running a furniture store like the knowledge of cashier machines and familiarity with all kind of Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
· At least 1 year sales experience in retail stores, furniture and lighting stores is preferred
· Strong communication skills in English
· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
· Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
· Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
· Clear logic and meticulous work
· Familiar with the operation and promotion capabilities of diverse social media platforms. Network marketing experience is preferred
