Job Responsibilities: 

• Inspects kitchen and dining areas and kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met.
•  Coordinate with Restaurant manager in hiring staff and also train them in restaurant policies and job duties
• Ensure that food and service meet the health and safety quality control standards.
• Handle and secure cash and debit/ credit transactions.
• Ensure that all food products are stored at proper temperature, using Time &Temperature Logs
• Help to control food costs and monitor labour and recommend corrective action where necessary.
• Prepare work schedules as per business
