In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our high standards for food quality and customer service are met, and that our staff have the support and leadership they need to succeed.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our food and beverage service. Your primary goal is to ensure efficient and smooth operations, maximize customer satisfaction, and lead a motivated team of cooks, servers, and other staff members. You will ensure that all service and food quality meet established standards, and that the restaurant environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.

Wage: $28 - 30 hourly/35 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation pay
Key Responsibilities:
Providing guidance and supervision to both front-of -house and kitchen staff members.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to deliver a superior food and beverage experience.
Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Actively participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets.
Respond to and resolve customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management, or a related discipline, or several years of experience in food preparation or service.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication skills in English. Bilingual or multilingual ability is a strong plus, particularly in Chinese or Thai.
Strong understanding of business management, customer service principles, and food safety regulations.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
