We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver and Parents’ Helper to provide attentive, child-focused support in a safe, nurturing home environment, with particular sensitivity and skill in caring for children experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or other mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will assume full responsibility for the household in the parents’ absence, with primary emphasis on supervising and caring for infants and children, tending to their emotional well-being, maintaining consistent routines, and creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere that supports their sense of security and development. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, and feeding children; preparing them for rest periods; helping with homework; teaching personal hygiene and positive social skills; guiding behavior according to parents’ preferred methods; organizing age-appropriate games, activities, and outings; transporting children to and from school and appointments; keeping daily records of activities and health-related information; and maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home. Additional duties include preparing and serving nutritious meals, cooking, and performing light housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, and caring for household linens, all while working closely with parents to support each child’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs with patience, empathy, and consistency.
