LOCATION OF WORK –4621 Lakelse Ave, Terrace, BC, V8G 1P9

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Full time, Permanent

BENEFITS:As per employment standards act, 10 days of paid vacation.

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of related experience.

EDUCATION: Completion of Secondary School.

WAGE RATE: $24.50 per hour, Minimum of 40 hours per week.

Position  Retail Store Supervisor : 01

JOB DUTIES:

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Oversee payroll administration
• Conduct performance reviews
