We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Welders.

 

Job Duties: 

  • Perform structural welding of steel trailer frames, chassis, and components according to blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.

  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings, measurements, and technical specifications to assemble trailer structures accurately.

  • Operate welding equipment to weld metal parts and components accurately.

  • Fit, align, and secure trailer parts using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools prior to welding.

  • Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality and structural standards.

  • Repair or reinforce trailer frames and metal components as required during production.

  • Maintain welding equipment and report maintenance issues as needed.

  • Follow workplace safety procedures and work with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school completion preferred.

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of welding or metal fabrication experience, or completion of a welding apprenticeship or recognized training program, is required.

  • Basic knowledge of MIG welding, structural welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication processes is required.

  • Welding certification, CWB certification, and experience operating welding tools and related equipment are assets.

  • On-the-job training provided to enhance skills and ensure compliance with company and safety standards.

  • Physically able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials as needed.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Flexible availability, including overtime or occasional weekends if needed.
