About the company:
GTA Finest Restoration Services is primarily responsible for the renovation of residential buildings and this year we also started to obtain contracts for residential houses. Our job is to take care of fixing, repairing and improving the apartments or houses. We make sure the floor, the paint, and the walls in all the rooms look brand new. We also make sure all the work is delivered on time and with high quality.
We seek a hard-working Construction Painter to join our team.
Job duties:
Apply paint, stain, varnishes, and protective coatings to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces.
Operate spray painting equipment; spray paint experience is required.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and filling holes or cracks.
Remove old paint, markings, and damaged coatings.
Perform minor repairs to surfaces prior to painting.
Mask and protect adjacent areas during spray, brush, or roller applications.
Maintain clean and safe job sites.
Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma preferred.
Minimum 7 months to 2 years of painting, renovation, construction, or related hands-on experience.
Basic familiarity with painting tools, surface preparation, or spray painting equipment is required.
On-the-job training will be provided to build on existing skills, improve techniques, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, professional finishes.
Physically capable of repetitive work, lifting materials, standing for long periods, bending, and twisting.
Flexible availability, including weekends when required.
