Hourly Wage: $48.50 per hour

Hours of Work: Full-time, 30 hours/week

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Confer with the company departments to identify requirements for business information systems and operational software tools
• Document functional and technical requirements for internal case tracking, client management, reporting, and operational coordination
• Configure and integrate enterprise software to improve data flow and enhance operational efficiency
• Develop data reporting tools, dashboards, and visualization systems
• Provide advice on information systems strategy, management, and service delivery focused on improving business processes and operational efficiency
• Design and implement information systems to support business operations
• Conduct system reviews to assess functionality, usability, and performance of internal business applications and reporting systems
• Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed IT systems and business automation initiatives
• Support system deployment and user training to ensure effective use of business applications across departments
• Provide ongoing technical support in daily operations troubleshooting, and system optimization for daily business operations

Requirements:
