Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of office and retail activities
Develop, review, and improve internal procedures to enhance efficiency and workflow
Set task priorities, assign responsibilities to staff, and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved
Manage office resources including supplies, equipment, and general facility requirements
Support planning and coordination of office services such as maintenance, inventory, and workspace organization
Assist in budgeting activities, monitor expenses, and maintain cost control measures
Compile operational data and prepare regular reports, summaries, and business correspondence
Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation of business activities
Assist management in coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution
Supervise and guide administrative or support staff when required
