Experience                                  : 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant/front desk

Duties: 

• Oversee and manage the operations of the department responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring the transportation and distribution of goods.
• Design and implement strategies and procedures for the efficient transport and storage of goods.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation while supervising the scheduling, dispatch, and tracking of shipments.
• Manage and monitor the departmental budget to ensure cost efficiency.
• Establish transportation service pricing and define key performance metrics. 
• Hire staff and supervise their onboarding, training, and overall performance.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers, warehouse providers, and insurance representatives to secure favourable terms.
