We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our team.
Job duties:
Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications
Measure, cut, bend, and shape stainless steel and sheet metal components according to project requirements
Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including brakes, shears, forming machines, and related metalworking tools
Smooth, grind, and polish metal surfaces to meet quality and sanitary standards
Assemble and join sheet metal components using welding, soldering, riveting, and mechanical fasteners
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications
Repair and maintain fabricated stainless steel and sheet metal products as required
Follow workplace safety procedures and company fabrication standards
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required
Minimum 2–3 years of sheet metal fabrication, welding, or related metalworking experience OR completion of a recognized apprenticeship program
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications
Experience operating sheet metal fabrication and metalworking equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends when required
