Job Description

1 Full-time permanent Home Support Worker position available with Brinder Maker, located at 1 Glenayr Road, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 2J5, Canada.

 Main Duties to be completed are as:

• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and active listening

• Assist with personal hygiene and basic grooming
• Help with safe mobility (walking, sitting, transfers) within the home
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs
• Assist with feeding while promoting independence
• Give medication reminders or administer as directed by healthcare provider
• Monitor and report changes in health, discomfort, or behavior
• Perform basic care tasks (non-sterile dressings, specimen collection under supervision)
• Do light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, bed making, cleaning)
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols, including proper PPE use

Employment requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience is required.

Compensation:

$24.00 hourly / 37.5 hours per Week. Overtime starts after 37.5 hours
