• Location: Various locations in Lower mainland based on business address 13911 78 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia, V3W 2X9
• Salary: $ 32.00 per hour for minimum 30 hours per Week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, full time
• Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Shift, to be determined
• Start date: Starts as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1- 2 years of previous experience in the related field OR completion of two -three years of apprenticeship program is required.
Work site environment: At heights, Noisy, Dusty
Work setting: Construction
Job duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate material requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other construction materials.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Prepare layouts in conformance with building codes using appropriate measurement tools.
- Schedule and coordinate work on job sites, including surveying building locations and levels.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential structures.
- Provide guidance to trainees and supervise other workers when required.
