Specific Skills

1. Prepare and cook pizzas, including preparing dough, sauces, cheese, and fresh toppings according to Pizza Delight recipes and quality standards.
2. Prepare and cook other menu items such as garlic cheese fingers, panzerottis, pasta dishes, salads, appetizers as required.
3. Portion, assemble, and cook food while ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
4. Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
5. Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring food items for daily kitchen operations.
6. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, food preparation areas, and workstations in accordance with food safety regulations.
7. Inspect food supplies and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor or manager.
8. Receive, store, rotate, and label food supplies following proper food handling and storage procedures.
9. Assist in maintaining inventory of food ingredients and kitchen supplies.
10. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies while preparing and handling food.
11. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
