Minimum 1-2 years of office management experience. Completion of a Bachelor's degree is required; preference will be given to applicants having Certification from TICO.
Able to supervise 1 to 2 employees.
Job Duties:
Full-time permanent position at The Flight Korner Inc., 1 Thorncliffe Park Drive, Toronto, ON M4H 1G9
Coordinate, assign and review the work of the staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Establish work schedules and procedures, and coordinate day-to-day office work.
Managing the company’s online ads and social media marketing campaigns.
Having knowledge of operating GDS Sabre workstations and maintenance of manual and computerized client information filing systems.
Order office supplies and materials. Handling web support desk that includes website bookings, fraud suspects, and customer feedback on phone calls, internet, and resolving problems that arise, such as customer complaints.
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, resolve work-related problems, and prepare and submit daily progress reports.
Manage policies and procedures as per the guidelines of TICO and other related government policies and regulations.
