At this point RenoGuys is looking for aN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR to join their team, who will need to excel at working with a team as well as independently, be detail and task oriented, and also very organized. This position requires the ability to negotiate and work closely with all employees and sub contractors in order to bring each project to completion.

Salary: From $31.00 CAD per hour

• Day shift

Duties:

• Managing Quality Assurance and Administration by providing leadership, direction, training and goal setting. Working closely with team members to ensure overall goals are being achieved.
• Responsible for executing strategic and operational initiatives.
• Continuously strategizing to improve productivity and performance.
• Serving as the point of escalation for the team.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Requirements:

-       Completion of secondary education is required

-       3 years of experience is required
