3D Development Ltd is looking for a Residential Construction Supervisor who can start immediately.

Our offices are located in Calgary, Alberta T3N 1L3. Work at various locations.

Wages: $38.25 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Benefits: as per Alberta standards

Terms of Employment: Full time permanent position

Applicants with part time availability to cover full time shift are encouraged to apply

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, weekend

Job requirements: Language: English

Education: secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Area of Work Experience: Project planning

Specific Skills:

• Prepare production and other reports,
• Supervise workers and projects,
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities,
• Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions,
• Train or arrange for training,
• Prepare bids,
• Manage own company,
• Estimate costs and materials,
• Set up equipment,
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed,
• Recommend personnel actions,
• Establish methods to meet work schedules,
• Read blueprints and drawings,
• Requisition materials and supplies,
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies,
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity

Supervision: 3-4 people, Trade helpers and labourers

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, tight deadlines
