Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Actively involved in recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the internal and client’s hiring process
  • Train (if required) new employees and develop training & development programs as per client need
  • Solve employees grievances working on client side
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Prepare, request and document employee performance survey from clients.
  • Helping managers decide on salaries to offer to new hires
  • Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
  • Support clients in preparing and processing payroll of the employees
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Answering questions from employees, and recording and investigating complaints when needed
  • Monitor employees’ working hours and the tasks they complete
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures
  • Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Developing programs to increase morale, such as bonuses or top performer rewards 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree is required
  • 1 year to 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in English language (verbal& written)
  • Must have knowledge of MS Access; MS Office
  • Effective interpersonal skills, Client focus, Initiative, Reliability, Team player, Judgment, Accurate and well Organized

Salary &Working Hours

$28.60 hourly for 35 hours per week
