High Standard Stucco Ltd. located in Surrey, BC provides high quality services for residential and commercial projects. We are seeking persistent and dedicated individuals for the position of Plasterers to be a part of our growing team.

Salary: $27.50 per hour

Work Locations: Various Locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, and Fraser Valley and/or as per company’s contracts

Work Conditions & physical capabilities: Physically demanding

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare walls and ceilings for plaster by cleaning, taping, fixing any holes or cracks.
• Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency that is perfect for the application.
• Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster using trowels, floats, brushes etc.
• Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs if required.
• Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim.
• Spray acoustic materials or texture finish over walls and ceilings.

Job Requirements

• Completion of High school
• Completion of apprenticeship program in relevant trade or minimum 3 years of experience in trade
• Ability and willingness to work independently with limited supervision
• Positive and cooperative attitude.
• Effective communication skills.
