Job Description
Duties
- Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Reconcile Financial Statements using Accounting Softwares.
- Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance, income expenditure statement.
- Prepare payroll related tasks and prepare electronic and paper disbursements of payables accordingly
- Proper coding of income and expenses in accounting software.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations at the end of each cycle.
- Generate invoices, issuing invoices and monitor accounts receivable.
- Sending statement and following up for payments.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Using a system to account for the financial transactions made by the company to establish a chart of accounts.
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports.
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
Requirements
- Completion of secondary school and/or college program is required
- Minimum 1year to 2 years of experience handling similar duties.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Should have knowledge of basic accounting and accounting softwares
- Should be ble to generate monthly, quarterly, or annual reports or annual accounts
- Should be able to work in a Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Overtime required, Repetitive tasks, Tight deadlines.
