Company Introduction

 

All Things Fun is an online large store. Partnered with Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon, we provide our clients with Kid ATVs, DirtBike, Electric Scooter, Electric Bicycle, Toys and a lot more.

 

We are currently looking to add an outgoing, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team! The successful candidate will help us figure out our positioning, messaging, content strategy and acquisition channels, and expand our market as we strive to hit our growth milestones.

 

Job Duties

  • Implement marketing strategies and develop marketing materials for business activities.
  • Follow our short/long term marketing/communication strategy to best practice marketing activities and deliver promotion messages to customers, offer recommendations for marketing improvement.
  • Plan and organize marketing campaigns to build our brand image, positioning, and increase brand awareness.
  • Work with the owners and team members to manage and oversee marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with the product team/third parties to design and modify advertisement content according to the product feature, characteristics, and selling point, organize promotion activities.
  • Design and formulate printed marketing and promotional materials including posts, brochures, etc.
  • Strategize and measure response, recommend ROI and marketing cost for all marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain good partnerships with both online and offline marketing channels/media to identify the best marketing practices.

 

Qualification and Requirement 

  • A college diploma in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent work experience is required; higher education will be an asset.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or relevant field.
  • Strong marketing acumen with experience in building brand awareness.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong professional and work ethics, self-motivated, accountable and results-oriented.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $33.00 per hour, 30-40 hours per week

Benefits: Standard health insurance; paid time off
