Tertiary location: My Cousin Vinny's - 6541 Main Street, Niagara Falls, ON
Hourly Rate: $16.00 to $20.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Start Date: Starts as soon as possible
Shifts: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Flexible Hours

Languages: English
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Specific Skills:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Prepare and submit reports; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Establish work schedules; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control
Additional Skills: Address customers' complaints or concerns; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Establish methods to meet work schedules
