Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Work setting: Warehouse

Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone

Personal suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows

Tasks

#Establish work schedules and procedures# Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments# Prepare and submit reports# Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery# Resolve work related problems# Recruit and hire staff# Train workers in duties and policies# Arrange training for staff# Conduct performance reviews# Co-ordinate, assign and review work# Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies# Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Supervision: 5-10 people

Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence, Public transportation is available
