Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies
2. Develop new channel marketing strategies and implement marketing plans for the academy
3. Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies for the academy
4. Determine which platforms to advertise on and adapt campaigns accordingly
5. Gather marketing campaign data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and report the results.
6. Create marketing proposals and present them to clients
7. Deploy channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the advertising, marketing team, senior managers, and other departments
8. Maintain strategic relationships with existing educational partners and third parties
9. Search out new channel partnership opportunities to help drive business growth for the academy

Qualifications & Skills

1. Minimum requirement of a college diploma in a field related to business administration, sales or marketing; higher education will be an asset.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a marketing or sales manager.
3. In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
6. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, social media and other professional networks.
7. Strong decision-making skills.

$49.00/hour, 30-40 hours per week
