Job Duties:
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Organize conferences and meetings
- Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- Maintain records and statistics
- Maintain and order supplies
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Terms of Employment: Permanent

Wage: $27 per hour
Hours: 30
Benefit Package: 4% of vacation days

Employment Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ work experience in senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is preferred.
- 1-2 years diploma in business or office administration related programs
