JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of Administrative Assistant at TRICELL PROPERTY SERVICES CORPORATION will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties in support of managerial and professional employers.
EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30 Hrs Full Time
LANGUAGE OF WORK: ENGLISH
WAGE: $19/Hr
LOCATION: Edmonton, Alberta
JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Administrative Assistant at TRICELL PROPERTY SERVICES CORPORATION will include but are not limited to:
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct clients to manager or appropriate person.
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with external organizations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain records on the ERP system.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations.
- May supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current software.
- May organize conferences.
QUALIFICATION
- Completion of secondary school is usually required.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistants or secretaries or office clerk is required.
