Position Title# Human Resources Specialist
Job Duties:
- Supporting the Team Lead in managing the daily HR Operations activities
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Head hunting, collaborating with different contractors for hiring
- Drive orientation and on-boarding for new joiners, Implement and support various HR processes / policies, to meet Business goals.
- Preparation of Salary fitment of new hires with respect to the internal equity / parity of the employees of the same department, function, and company.
- Developing compensation strategies that attract and retain talent
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Assess business units HR training needs and conduct 1:1 and group training sessions as appropriate.
- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Payroll Management.
- Training, counseling, and coaching company’s staff.
Job location: #200-55 Village centre Place, Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z 1V9
Salary and Overtime: $ 36.15 per hour || $54.23 per hour post accumulated 44 hours (weekly)
