Job Title: Assistant cook

Wage - $18/hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay
Number of Positions- 1

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary (or high) school is required
Experience: 1 year of work experience in same field.
Language: English
Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies, inspect kitchens and food service areas, provide help to main cook, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas, Organize and manage buffets and banquets, Manage kitchen operations
