Job Description
Generate weekly inventory report and close the accounts by preparing revenue, cash flow and bank reconciliation reports.
Maintain inventory and accounts related data in the management system and generate all related reports, which are supposed to be submitted to the higher authorities.
Maintain business records as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual.
Remain present and ensure smooth monthly inspection by SUBWAY authorities.
Ensure to check the product quality and taking temperatures of the product.
Supervised production and distribution of food in the facility.
Supervised and assist in standardization of recipes, portions, cost and waste control.
Prepare and post the staff work schedules.
Communicate changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed.
Remain available and prepare to work different shifts as per the requirements and ensure smooth functioning of the business
Supervised restaurant's appearance including cleanliness and stocking of supplies.
