We will provide:
- Pay range: $18.00/ hour.
- Minimum of 40 hrs. / Week throughout your employment period
- Paid vacation of 10 calendar days each year
- Total annual salary range: $ 36,000 -$ 38,000
You will be eligible for the bonus based on your performance and different factors decided by the management. We will discuss the bonus structure with eligible candidates during the interview.

Duties
- Supervise full time and part time staff in food preparation.
- Establish work schedules and coordinate staff activities, complete and post staff schedules.
- Practice inventory control standards and maintain inventory of food ingredients.
- Ensure the actual cash equals the sales throughout the day using a specific software.
- Maintain communication between the higher-level management and lower management by conveying the policy transformations or other crucial modifications.
- Ensuring that food safety, product preparation and cleanliness is maintained as per Osmows’ standards
- Prepare expense and revenue data and review it on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensuring ensure maximum efficiency through planning the labour and production routines in such a way that minimizes the wastage.
- Assist in hiring and training new team members.
- Record the inventory to sales ratio on daily basis.
Requirements
- Secondary School Completion
- Completion of college program in food service/ restaurant management or have at least one month of experience in similar role.
- Ability to legally work in Canada
