Job Duties
- Build, operate and scale our business operations.
- Hiring and training of sales and marketing team.
- To strategize process improvements to ensure projects/ assignments are delivered on time
- Managing and supervising vendors, contractors, sub-contractors and other external agencies
- Review and revise outsourcing contracts for contracts and sub-vendors
- Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Provide supervision, give direction, delegate to administrative and maintenance staff
- Ensure that the finance, back end staff and the operations departments are well synchronized
- Conduct weekly/monthly routine meetings to ensure that team goals and projects are achieved according to established guidelines, procedures and policies of the Company.
- Candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are followed and carried out properly
- The manager will regularly evaluate organizational efficiency and will make necessary changes to maximize staff productivity
Qualification
- A Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity is required
- Requires the ability to read, write, communicate, and interpret accurately in English
- Ability to self-educate and take initiative when needed
- Excellent relational/communication/writing/organizational skills
- Flexibility and multitasking
- Able to lead a team of 3-4 people
