Position: Carpenter Helper (NOC 75110)

Wage Rate: $22.00 per hour for 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Weekend, Day, Evening shift, if required

Language: Basic English

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible

Education: Completion of a high school

Experience: No experience required

Business Locations: 106-9295 198 Street, Langley, BC, V1M 3J9

Work Locations: Various Locations in Lower Mainland, BC

Job Duties:

• Help carpenter on site, work in a warehouse as instructed by the carpenters and management
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Level earth to fine-grade specifications
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
• Helping in the warehouse to build sundecks

Working Conditions:

• Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch, and kneel.

• Job is physically demanding, ability to lift 50 lbs is required.
• Work outdoors in cold, hot, rainy weather.
• Safety apparel is required.
