Barber Hymac Hydro Inc., established in 1969, is a “Build to Spec” machine shop specializing in large machining and fabricating and provides comprehensive support services. We have a long and respected history of machining and fabricating in the mining, mineral process, oil and gas, and power generating industries for domestic and export markets. BHHI has proven experience with fabrication and rebuilding of head sheaves, hoist drums, riding rings and trunnions. We have a stable workforce comprised of skilled technicians and craftsmen including certified machinists, welders, and industrial millwrights.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Operating conventional and CNC machines.
Programming with assistance of Programming & Tooling Manager.
Working with large parts (40” to 120”) diameter and vertical boring mill or lathe
Completing inspections and dimensional reports.
Performing preventative maintenance on equipment.
Supervising and directing apprentices.
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications: (experience needed and education)
At least 24 months of related experience
Knowledge and experience of large capacity machines
Knowledgeable with the Fanuc 15T control, we use both Fanuc and Heidenhain controls in our facility.
Salary: $28-32 / Hour depending on experience
Bonus: Potential for profit sharing at year end of up to 5% of annual salary
