Guest Service Agent

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform check-in and check-out functions with courtesy, speed and accuracy
Need to confidently interact with travelers
Answer enquiries regarding hotel services
Respond to guests' complaints
Perform other duties as may be required by the general manager
Qualifications: (experience needed and education)
At least three months of experience working in hotel and accommodations
Previous experience working as a front desk agent/guest service agent an asset
Must be friendly, authentic, caring, thoughtful, hardworking and guest-focused
Must work well as a team and on their own
Must be willing to work on various shifts (day, night, weekends)
Standing for the duration of your shift is required
Computer skills involving standard office software and equipment an asset
Use of POS systems experience an asset
Salary: $17 / Hour
Benefits: Extended health, life insurance and disability after 3 months
Job Type: Full-time permanent, 40 hours per week
