Company Profile: AACG LTD./ BILL SAFEHOUSE is a construction company centered on residential houses. The company takes care of design, consulting, construction and delivery of one-stop all-round services.

Education: College degree or above in civil or construction related

Language: English

Salary: hourly wage of $23, work 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year

Annual: $47,840

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of residential home building
• Communicate, coordinate and consult and with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications
• Plan and prepare work schedules and co-ordinate the activities of subcontractors to ensure the normal operation of home construction projects
• Prepare bids for home construction projects
• Select, hire and supervise trade subcontractors to do specialized work, such as plumbing, heating and electrical work
• Inspect work performed by architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality and progress of home construction projects and conformity with plans and specifications
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote company's home construction products and services
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade subcontractors

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in the construction industry
• Having communication, collaboration and skills and capacities
• Ability to manage multiple home construction projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
• Having excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
• Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods
• Knowledge of job-site safety practices
• Having experience in management is preferred
