Job title: Book Keeper

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40hr/week)

Vacancy: 1

Wage: C$28.00/hr.

Language Requirement: English.

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Duties:

• Post the journal entries.
• Maintain the company’s ledger accounts, trial balance and other financial statements.
• Do all calculations and prepare the cheques for the payroll.
• Reconcile accounts. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
• Prepare tax returns.
• Keep financial records up to date and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems and Computer Applications like, MS Excel; MS Word; Accounting software; Simply Accounting; MS Outlook Security.
• Detail oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prepare all financial documents as per the government’s guidelines like Worker Compensation, pension and so on.

Additional Skills: Having knowledge of all accounting software’s including MS Excel; MS Word; QuickBooks and so on.
