The candidates must be able to communicate in English & in Punjabi. He/she should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire & train or arrange for training of staff, order merchandise, establish work schedules, sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising & matters. Should be able to organise & mainitain inventory, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints & supply shortages. The candidates should have skills such as: client focus, excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, organizational skills, reliability, should be a team player, dependability and able to take initiative.
