Malik Trading Inc is a leading importer and distributor of authentic Asian Mouth Freshner (pan masala), supplying supermarkets with brands that are familiar throughout the Canada Pacific region. We are proud of what we have achieved and have presence nationally. To keep up with the demand and our expanding business we are looking for a new Trade Support Assistant to join our team!

Salary # $22.00-$27.00 (negotiable)

Key responsibilities - 

• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
•  Follow the set routine for visiting stores
•  Obtaiining orders and helping in processing , timely disptach etc. .
•  Processing of invoices, follow up for receivable ,
•  Assist to place to set up small, medium or large scale displays of product;to restaurants, build rapport to support the wider sales team • Any other tasks as required from time to time

Key requirements - 

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Can do attitude and results oriented
• Ability to multi task and ability to prioritize
