INDICAN ENTERPRISES LTD. is looking for a “Server” to join their venture being operated as SANGAM RESTAURANT & CATERING located in Mission, BC, Canada.

Position: Server - Server

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: C$17.00/hr. (40 hours per week)

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: No experience required. We will provide training.

Server (NOC 65200) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Greet patrons, make them have a seat and present the menu.
• Exceptional Customer service skills – able satisfy and exceed guest expectation
• Make recommendations and information about the daily specials for customers
• Answer the questions regarding food and beverages.
• Take orders and relay to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food as per the order places by the customer.
• Order and maintain inventory.
• Present bill to patrons and accept payment.
• May order and maintain inventory and crockery.
• Keep the tables clean and chairs.
• Organize sitting area as per the seating plan.
• Maintain all the safety procedures for the customers and working staff.
• Assist all clients/guests and those with special needs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in the kitchen and restaurant
  
  

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Standing for extended periods, physically demanding; Attention to detail. Be able to work day, evening, morning, night and weekend shifts.
