Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time (40 hours/week)

Education: Senior Secondary (High) school education
Salary: C$26.25/ hr.
Language: English
Experience: 2 to 3 years.

Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010) will have to perform all of these duties:
- Sell merchandise.
- Maintain the cash register.
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers and the cashier.
- Maintain and organize the store’s inventory
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, unsold merchandising, expenses and other personnel matters.
- Hire and train new staff and make work schedule.
- Make sure new staff understands all the safety protocols and keep check all are followed.
- Monitor the performance of the staff and report to the employer.
- Take responsibility of signing the duties and maintaining records.
- May have to do the stocking and placing the product at proper place.
- Authorize return of merchandise.
Requirements:
- Must be flexible and energetic
- Must be able to work weekends
- Be able to supervise 3 to 4 people
