Job Description:
- Prepare and cook shared and individual Korean cuisine, dishes, and meals.
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
- Oversee kitchen operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- May clean kitchen and work area.
- May plan menus, determine size of portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and order supplies.
- May train and hire kitchen staff.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $16.00 hourly for 30 hours per week.
Benefits: 4% days of paid vacation.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 7 months to 1 Year or more experience in commercial cooking.
- Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
