Title: General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve Company’s short and long-term goals.
• Direct the other sales and marketing teams, providing market insights and strategic advice for further expansion 
• Develop and implement business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
• Work collaboratively across Design Square and across network as needed – use good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Design Square.
• Maintain positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
• Manage clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget.
• Overseeing the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
• Review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working.
• Supervise, guide, and delegating executives in their duties.
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
• Assess, manage, and resolve problematic developments and situations.
• Build and enhance the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.

Compensation, Hours and Other Details:

Salary and Hours: $67.60 (per hour) with 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate and Holiday Pay: $101.40 per hour starting after 44 hours per week || 4% of the gross pay

Employment Requirement:  Bachelor's degree with exeprience of 5 years or more in similar role.
