JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with management team to craft the company’s vision and mission and forecasting the manpower requirements accordingly.
• Responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee an organization’s recruitment Plan.
• Develop strategic HR plans and policies, recruitment, interview, selection, hiring processes interview, training, compensation, employee benefit, payroll, health and safety programs.
• Hire, guide and evaluate the work of HR Manager & executives.
• Decide and act on initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity etc.
• Assume responsibility of labor and employee relations.
• Re-engineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices.
• Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies.
• Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes.
• Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Work with technical team to design, integrate and implement human resource software systems for better efficiency.
• Recommend new and improved measures for performance evaluations.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• 5 years or more experience in similar role. Computer and technology knowledge, MS Access, MS Office, MS PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage and prioritize meet specific goals and deadlines.

Salary

$61.00 hourly for 35 hours per week
