 Permanent Position: Construction helper (TEER -75110)

 Terms of Employment:  Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, weekend if required)

 Wage Rate:  $20.77 - $21.00 per hour (40.00 hours per week)

 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

 Vacancies: 3

 Education: Not required

 Experience: Not required but previous experience an asset.

 Language: Basic English.

Job Duties:

• Load or unload construction materials, tools and equipment
• Read and interpret blue prints
• Operate and take care of construction equipment, machines and power tools.
• Help drywall installers, carpenters, tapers and rest of the construction team when necessary.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning site, prepare and mix materials such as concrete etc.
• Follow instructions to ensure safety of entire team.
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed and required.
• Assist team in the installation of windows, doors, and drywall.
• Put together/ take apart scaffolding and ladders to reach height.

Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.
