General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services

Roles and Responsibilties:

  • Maintain and renew organizational policies related to HR, safety, security and servers.
  • Build winning propositions for targeted clients that demonstrate relevance, insights and expertise in the industry.
  • Work with clients across their business and operational functions to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and strategy around all aspects of business & industry advisory based on your specific industry knowledge, experience and expertise.
  • Monitor contract/MOU spending, including ensuring continuity of contract budgets with organizational budgets
  • Implement and enforce established financial protocols and controls.
  • Support the development of talent and skills through Network but not limited to mentoring, awareness training.
  • Enable other people managers to support the execution and remove impediments for direct reportees.
  • Establish the right approach for HR, finance, sales and product services related policies in the company
  • Explore opportunities to add on business and work with existing stakeholders to continue the momentum of successful operations.
  • Drive clients’ outcomes and develop success stories on the back of engagements.
  • Collaborate and partner with other industry practitioners to identify and understand trends, patterns and themes that lead to opportunities for digital both within your specialist industry and also cross-industry.
  • Plan and lead client/account diagnosis around the opportunity leveraging your insight and first-hand industry experience to help identify challenges and opportunities and associated offerings within it.
  • Manage and forecast budget to support established company goals.

Computer Applications Knowledge: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows

Compensation & Hours:

Salary and working hours: CAD $65.10 per hour with minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $97.65 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
