Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for office staff
  • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
  • Consulting with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and  supplies as needed
  • Creating reports and memos for office staff as needed
  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for supervisors
  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets
  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members
  • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment
  • Assisting the management with job postings and interviews
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Arranging both internal and external events
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
