Working hours- Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate- $71.10 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay- 4% of gross pay

JOB DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:

GENERAL MANAGER, SALES- TRADE, BROADCASTING AND OTHER SERVICES

• Oversee the complete business operation, maximizing profitable sales, controls funds and growth while creating a unique customer focused environment.
• Take full ownership of the business management ensuring everything is in place to hit commercial targets with responsive management of the company’s budget and cost controls.
• Anticipate the customer’s needs and set up an internal process to meet/exceed them
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas and release funding for team to work on.
• Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to customers, as well as communicate in the same manner to respective managers of creative teams
• Lead to create a great place to work for everyone on a day to day basis whilst thinking ahead to ensure your team has a development journey with Tek Xpress.
• Spark your team’s passion for delivering the best customer experience possible by creating a brilliant customer journey and generate continuous operation pathway
• Observing your team’s service levels, identifying ways in which they can improve and finding the best way to suit that individual in coaching them to improve.
• Working closely with support teams, maintaining top notch communication, service levels and response.
• Conduct formal performance evaluation process and lead the HR related activities
