General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services is required at: Softdev
Job Duties:
- Grow our business in the region by acquiring new accounts and widening out within existing customer base and offers more products and services options.
- Evaluate both cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities, keeping all financials intact.
- Develop and implement a new operating plan to improve the business operational performance in long term
- Being an expert in the domain with in-depth knowledge of customers, regulations, and competition; synthesize market feedback, and influence product and go-to-market roadmaps to action that feedback to the respective sales and marketing teams to strategize accordingly
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and market positioning to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
- When required, act as the interface between the customer and the functional internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer unmet needs
- Responsible for keeping financial commitments in the Company's day-to-day operations, organizing and animating all staff, and controlling the quality of work.
- Responsible for daily team’s management and guiding, training, motivating, and evaluating subordinates by showcasing the upcoming company roadmap
- Model and grow a positive, inspired, respectful culture to make sure everyone feels comfortable

(Overtime Rate) $97.58 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
