All our meals are carefully prepared, and made fresh daily on the premises using only quality ingredients. We pride ourselves by offering great food ant reasonable prices.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering the resultant menu
• Always ensure quality of food and service
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Clean kitchen and work areas, enforce proper hygiene for self
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handing of food
• Respond to customer issues by providing excellent customer service
• Work in an effective and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• High School Graduation
• Have 2 – 3 years’ experience as a cook in a restaurant or hotel setting

Specific Skills:

• Canadian/Western cuisine
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
