Position: General manager - financial, communications and other business services

(1 Permanent Position for Full Time)  

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops, reviews, updates, and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance, and new product development.
  • Assign roles and workload distribution, set team objectives and conduct regular informal one-on-one feedback check-ins.
  • Reviewing financial statements and budgets to determine whether the company is operating efficiently and generating a profit.
  • Assist and direct in the hiring of the employees depending on business needs, implementing policies and procedures, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Evaluating the performance of employees along with HR and making decisions about hiring, promotions, development plans and pay raises.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure that it runs smoothly.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in management by accommodating individual employee needs such as adjustable schedules or remote work options.
  • Conceive & implement concepts, guidelines & strategies in various creative projects & oversee them to completion.
  • Understand the client's KPIs and produce detailed & holistic creative work.
  • Develop relationships with clients to ensure service and delivery expectations are being met.
  • Regularly communicate with regional counterparts to create synergy in campaign strategy and approach.
  • Direct teams such as project management, professional development, and departments to implement growth opportunities.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required for the role
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience would suffice the role
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Organized, Ability to read, write, communicate in English proficiently
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word is preferred.

Salary & Hours: CAD 67.50 hourly for 30 hours per week (Overtime paid CAD 101.25 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
